- Go to option under the downloads menu.
- Go to connection and change the default maximum number of connection from 8 to 16, here is an example:
That's all, by using this method, it will split up the download into 8 more parts for a faster speed. It could increase you download speed by 2x faster than the original speed that your IDM has originally.
